We accept files of all resolutions, however for the highest quality decoration, we recommend your image/graphic be at least 300ppi. To check this on a PC, right click the image > Properties > Details. On a Mac, Preview > Tools > Show Inspector.
PNG file without transparent background and graphics saved as JPG will often have a white background. Please contact Us if you require assistance removing the white background from your image/graphic.
